My first cruise was in 1991, on Royal Caribbeans Viking Serenade.That is when I fell in love with cruising. I’ve cruised with Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Holland America, Celebrity , Princess and MSC Cruise lines.

I’m always asked which line I liked most. I don’t know that I can answer that question. I’ve loved them all for different reasons. Even the 2 that I gotten sea-sick on. Every cruise brought something new and exciting. From Specialty Dining, Wine Tastings, Shows, Casino’s, Pools, Shopping and most definitely, the Spa’s! There are accommodations to meet most all of your needs You can relax and lounge all over the ships.

I like to think of the ports as places to explore and decide if it’s a place you’d like to return to, and stay for a week. 

As a result we’ve stayed in Villas with friends in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Antigua. We’ve even got friends in the DR that have met us at the port when we’ve come through on a cruise. 

We’ve made lifelong friends with other passengers and crew.
